Competitive Analysis
Using Porter’s Competitive Model and his definition of third wave products or services, identify an industry or group that is either ripe to succeed or ripe for disruption. In terms of Porter’s competitive model, explain the rationale behind your choice. Your rationale and analysis should be brief but conceptually complete and logically congruent. A length of one, or two, web pages should be sufficient.
